Once Upon A Woman - Her Story is an event created to bring together women of all ages and backgrounds to share their personal stories. By sharing these lived experiences and the wisdom we’ve gathered, we offer the women in the audience an opportunity to connect deeply, often hearing something that resonates with their own lives. The sharing of our stories, helps to keep us real and build stronger connections amongst each other.
In this same spirit, we’re excited to expand this idea by inviting both men and women to the stage. Once Upon a Woman “and a Man” will be an evening of storytelling that bridges perspectives, allowing us all to better understand and appreciate the experiences, challenges, and viewpoints of the opposite sex. Let’s come together to share, listen, and grow—side by side.

Through tales of quirks, misunderstandings, and all-too-relatable “aha” moments, we’ll dive into the comedy (and occasional confusion!) that comes with seeing things from both sides. Come ready to laugh, connect, and maybe even understand each other a little better!

Our lineup of storytellers isn’t just incredible—it’s inspiring, diverse, and packed with talent! Each of them brings their own unique perspective and storytelling magic to the stage:
Christel Bartelse: A powerhouse performer—actor, storyteller, comedian, director, and producer. Christel’s stories are as dynamic and captivating as her presence on stage.
Enoje OzJam: A spoken word artist and comedian whose words leave you laughing, thinking, and feeling all at once. As a seasoned producer, she knows how to deliver an unforgettable performance.
Ezza Malik: A motivational speaker and public speaking coach who connects deeply with audiences.
Jason Reid: An award-winning storyteller and voice-over artist with a voice and style that pulls you right into his world. His talent for mentoring speakers adds an extra layer of magic to his storytelling.
Moksha-Harish Mohan Kattalath: A multi-disciplinary artist whose storytelling is as rich and layered as he creative background.
